By creating an account or using macroprep, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

macroprep is an AI-powered meal planning application that generates personalised weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and nutritional targets based on the preferences and goals you provide. The service is provided on a best-effort basis.

macroprep is a meal planning and nutritional guidance tool, not a medical service. The calorie targets, macro recommendations, and meal plans generated by macroprep are for informational and general wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or physician before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have or suspect any medical conditions, eating disorders, or health concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by macroprep.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use macroprep.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information. Inaccurate biometric data will result in inaccurate nutritional targets.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the service.
• Use automated means to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use.

Meal plans, recipes, and nutritional information are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Macro and calorie values are estimates. While we use verified data sources (including the USDA FoodData Central database) to improve accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all values are exact. Use your own judgment and consult professionals when needed.

The macroprep platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by macroprep and protected by intellectual property laws. Your personal data and the meal plans generated for you belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your data.

macroprep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific health needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, macroprep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes, loss of data, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of macroprep shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and then through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
